Problem
- I get prompted to change my passworrd when logging into UKG
Resolution
- When prompted you will need to enter your current password which is your birthday formatted as "mmddyyyy" without quotes.
- You can then set any password you want in the "New password" and "Confirm password" boxes and click OK.
- You should now be able to login normally with SSO using your citrix credentials.
Note: When you login using SSO you won't use the password you just set but use your normal Citrix password.
Cause
Certain admin accounts need to have their password changed for their non-SSO account. Once it is changed they can login using the normal SSO method using their existing Citrix credentials.
