Problem
I want to change the server address on Citrix Workspace.
Resolution
Click Here
for MacOS Instructions
Alert: Ensure you
save and close everything
inside Citrix.
Note: Steps 1 - 7 only needs done the first time you do this.
Click the up arrow near the clock on the bottom right of your monitor,
Right-Click
the
Citrix Workspace
icon, Select
Advance Preferences
.
Click
Reset Citrix Workspace
(May say Citrix Receiver).
Click
Yes, reset Citrix Workspace
(May say
Yes, reset Citrix Receiver
).
You should see a message saying
Citrix Workspace is reset to the default settings
. Click
OK
.
Open the Citrix Workspace icon from your desktop.
If you receive an error message saying that
"Your apps are not available" Follow the bullets below. If you do not receive an error message skip to
Step 7
.
Click "Ok" and then click the arrow arrow at the top right of Citrix and select "Accounts".
Uncheck the box next to "rsstore" and then click "Add".
On the next pop up under "Add Account" type in:
roadscholar.cloud.com
then click "Add".
You will be prompted to sign in. Enter you
Email Address
and then click
Next
.
Enter your
Password
then click
Sign in
.
You will then be told to check your phone for the Duo Push notification.
Open the Duo app if nothing pops up on your phone and click
Allow
.
You will then see a
Success!
message and then be logged in.
You should now see the new look of Citrix Workspace. The tabs are now on the left side.

All Apps

You can click on the star to add it to your favorites located in the
Apps
-->
Favorites
.
Note: It may take a few minutes to load the app logos.
