Problem
- I want to change the server address on Citrix Workspace on my Mac.
Resolution
Alert: Ensure you save and close everything inside Citrix.
Note: Steps 1-7 only needs done the first time you do this.
- Click on your user name in the upper-right corner of your Citrix Workspace app and from the drop-down menu click Preferences....
- Click on the Accounts menu and then click the minus symbol ( - ) at the bottom of the window (make sure that (Primary) rsstore is selected).
- Click OK when prompted to remove the account.
- Click on the red x in the upper-left corner of the Accounts window.
- Your Citrix Workspace app will now be reset back to the default Welcome Screen. You should see "Welcome to Citrix Workspace". Enter roadscholar.cloud.com in the box and click Continue.
- You will be prompted to sign in. Enter you Email Address and then click Next.
7. Enter your Password then click Sign in.
8. You will then be told to check your phone for the Duo Push notification.
Open the Duo app if nothing pops up on your phone and click Allow.
9. You will then see a Success! message and then be logged in.
10. You may see a prompt to Trust this browser? Click Yes, trust browser
11. You may receive a prompt to Stay Signed In? Select Don't show this again and click Yes.
12. You should now see the new look of Citrix Workspace. The tabs are now on the left side. Apps --> All Apps.
You can click on the star to add it to your favorites located in the Apps --> Favorites.
