Issue
- Citrix applications won't launch
- Citrix app appears as a blank white screen
Synopsis
Resetting the Citrix Workspace app can help to clear up issues with applications not showing or not appearing.
Resolution
Open Citrix advanced preferences via the system tray
1. Look the bottom right of your main screen, near the date and the time, and select the small up-arrow to open the system tray.
2. Right-click the Citrix icon, and select the Advanced Preferences option.
3. Select the Reset Citrix Workspace option.
4. When prompted, select "Yes, reset Citrix Workspace".
5. Click "OK" on the message that pops up afterwards.
6. If prompted to enter a "Store URL or email address", enter in roadscholar.cloud.com
7. Complete any Duo Multi-factor Authentication prompts
You should now be returned to the Citrix Workspace App home screen.
