GR - Microphone/Headset quality issues

Body

1) Close out of GenCloud Desktop application.  

2) Verify their Windows Sound microphone device default is set to the headset/microphone.

1) Re-open GenCloud App

2) Go into GenCloud App and Disable Advanced Microphone Settings on the Mini-widget window. It opens when Salesforce opens, it pops-up.
