Summary
On your first day, you will receive a prompt to change your password after launching certain applications. Follow the guide here to change your password.
Steps
1. Open the Citrix Workspace App and sign-in with your current Road Scholar Email Address and Password.
2. When you receive the following prompt, input your old password from step 1, and input a new password twice.
Note: new password must be 16+ characters with UPPER and lower case letters, and at least one number.
3. On the next screen, you will be asked to set up a recovery number. Please input a number where you can receive SMS verification codes, and then select "Next".
4. Now your Road Scholar password has been changed, and a recovery method has been set up, use your new password to sign in to your Computer, Citrix, Zoom, etc.
