GR - Genesys Cloud - Disconnect stuck call/interaction (SUPERVISOR level access)

  1. Log in to Genesys Cloud, select "Admin"Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Search for "Disconnect Interactions"
  3. Paste the Interaction ID, click "Disconnect Interaction"Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
