Changing your Password
1. Open a web browser (Chrome), and open a new incognito window.
Opening an Incognito Window in Chrome:
a. Select the 3 dots in the top right.
b. Select "New Incognito Window".
2. Navigate to the following URL by copying and pasting this link: outlook.roadscholar.org
3. Enter your Road Scholar Email Address (firstName.lastName@roadscholar.org) and click "next".
4. Select "Forgot my password".
5. Complete the captcha requirement, and hit "Next".
6. On the next screen, enter an alternate email where you can receive a verification code.
7. Once the verification code arrives to your alternate email, input the code in the provided field on the password reset page.
8. Then, on the next window, input your new password (must be 14+ characters with UPPER and lower case letters, and at least one number), then confirm your password.
9. Once complete, your password will now be changed.
