1. Open a web browser (Chrome), and open a new incognito window.
a. Select the 3 dots in the top right.
b. Select "New Incognito Window".
2. Navigate to the following URL by copying and pasting this link: outlook.com/roadscholar.org
3. Enter your Road Scholar Email Address (firstName.lastName@roadscholar.org) and click "next".
4. Enter your provided Road Scholar Password.
5. When receiving the following prompt, input your old password from step 4, and input a new password twice.
Note: new password must be 16+ characters with UPPER and lower case letters, and at least one number.
6. When prompted select "I want to set up a different method", then select email and enter your ROI email address then select 'Done'.
7. Verify by entering in the code that you received to your ROI email address.
8. Once complete, your password has been changed successfully.
