Prevent files from opening in Citrix

Issue:

• Citrix wants to open your files, when you want to open them with your programs.

Cause:

• Citrix is installed on your personal machine

Resolution:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. In the top right of the window change the "View By" type to either Small icons or Large icons
3. then find Default Programs then select Set your default Programs
4. Within this list you will find the applications that you are experiencing the issue with (i.e. Word, Excell, Outlook, etc) Select that program from the list on the left, then click Set this program as default and this will resolve your issue.
