Issue:

  • An app is not showing up in Citrix
  • Travel Studio is not showing up in Citrix
  • App Missing from Citrix
  • New app not showing up

Resolution:

1. Open Citrix Receiver
2. Click on your name at the top right hand corner of Citrix Receiver
3. Select Refresh 

If the app doesn't appear automatically in the FAVORITES section, select APPS at the left panel of Citrix Receiver and search for the missing app there.
If the app is still not appearing, please wait 30 minutes, and then try again
If the app is still not appearing, please reach out to Tech Desk!
