How do I change my account password while in the office or at a remote location (i.e not in office)?
How do I update an expired password?
Resolution
If you are in the office, out of the office, or using a Mac:

Open up a web browser and navigate to
outlook.roadscholar.org
or
office.com
in the address bar by copy and pasting from here.
Enter your Road Scholar email address (firstname.lastname@roadscholar.org) and click
next
When prompted to enter your password, choose the option
Forgot My Password
You will be redirected to a page prompting you to verify your account email address and you will be asked to enter a set of characters presented on the page, to verify that you are not a robot. Once you have verified the information click
Next
to proceed to the next verification step.
You will then be prompted to choose a method by which you will receive a confirmation code. You can choose to receive the code at your recovery phone number (either by text or call) and/or your recovery email address. Select the option that best suites you and proceed to receive a verification code via the method you choose.
When prompted, enter the verification code you receive in the provided field and click
Next
After completing the verification steps you will be prompted to choose a new password for your account, and to re-enter the new password again to confirm they match
Once you have entered your new password information, click
Finish
to complete the password change.
You will then be redirected to a page confirming that your password has been reset. You can now close the browser window.
To avoid any issues you will need to save anything you need to and
Get a New Citrix Session
as well.
Log back in.
