HR Performance Pro Icon Missing

Problem

• HR Performance Pro Icon Missing from Citrix Receiver.

Environment

This article applies to:

• OS: Windows 7, 10
• Related system / software: Citrix Receiver 4.9.6 LTSR and 4.4.3 

Resolution

1. Open Citrix Receiver.
2. Click on your name on the top right.
3. Click Refresh Apps.

Cause

Their apps cache hasn't been updated since they have been added to all users with Citrix.
