How do I access my Citrix applications when I'm not in the office?

Resolution

1. Install the correct version of Citrix Workspace. You can download from the following locations:
   • Windows 10 and 11: LTSR version 22.03.4000
   • macOS:
     • 10.15 (Catalina): 2306
     • 11 or later (Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma): Latest Version  
   • Android, Chromebook, iPhone/iPad (iOS), please refer to this guide.
2. After installation, you will be prompted for your company email address or URL. Please enter roadscholar.cloud.com
3. You will be asked for your email address and password - use the same password as logging into Citrix/Windows/inroad/etc.
4. That's it! Whenever you need to open your citrix apps, you can simply open Citrix Workspace. If your password changed, you will be asked to re-enter your password
