Assistance configuring a personal device (i.e. for remote email/Citrix access)

Description

You can use this form to request help getting your personal equipment set up for Citrix Xenapp or email access at home/remotely. Please include the type of computer or device you need help setting up (laptop, phone, etc.), as well as the operating system (Mac, PC, Android, etc.).
