Resolution
If your mouse doesn't move or you cannot open your start menu please call IT at x4040 or email us at techdesk@roadscholar.org\
Citrix apps are running on a citrix server, and not your own computer. Rebooting your own computer is like - imagine you are at a gas station in your own car, and your friend is there as well, and they need gas. You begin by turning off your own car. Does turning your car off hurt? No. But does it help? Not at all! And if you continue to turn your own car off and on, don't be surprised that your friends car never turns off. What you really need to do is turn off your friends car, which is the one that needs the gas.
Here is how you turn off your friends car
